Everything Full carries: 50 documents a month, as many people as you want to invite, and payroll for five employees. No card is taken.
If you have added a card, your plan continues on Full and the first payment is taken. If you have not, the company moves to Free on its own — there is nothing to decide and nothing to cancel. Your documents, invoices and entries all stay where they are, and everything comes back the moment you move to a paid plan.
No. You only enter payment details when you choose a paid plan.
Yes, with no end date. Ten documents a month, one user, and the same bookkeeping, VAT returns and reports that every plan carries.
The incoming ones SoloDesk reads for you — bills, receipts and PDF bank statements. Two things never touch your allowance. The quotes, invoices, credit notes and reminders you send are unlimited on every plan. And CAMT.053 files from your bank import free, however many you upload.
Buy extra capacity instead of changing plan: CHF 0.50 a document, in packs of 10, 50 or 100. Packs are paid for once, they never expire, and they belong to the company. Available on the paid plans, from inside your account.
On Mid and Full, yes — there is no limit on the people you invite, and your accountant works on the same books you do. On Free the company has a single user, so you share your reports as PDF or spreadsheet instead.
Yes. Moving up takes effect straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing changes until then.
